EXODUSAI subscriptions provide digital software access, license activation, downloads, and account services.

Digital Product Access

Because EXODUSAI is a digital product, refunds may be limited once software access, downloads, license activation, or subscription access has been provided.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel future subscription billing through the available billing flow or by contacting support. Canceling a subscription may stop future renewals but does not automatically guarantee a refund for prior access.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your portal email, Stripe receipt, and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud flags, or refunded payments may result in license suspension or account access removal.
