By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading EXODUSAI, or using the EXODUSAI desktop software, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining access to your customer account, license key, and device. Do not share, resell, leak, or distribute your license key or account access.

Subscription Access

EXODUSAI access is subscription-based. Desktop access may be disabled if your subscription is canceled, expired, refunded, disputed, charged back, or payment fails.

License Restrictions

Licenses are intended for the assigned customer account only. Unauthorized sharing, cracking, reverse engineering, bypassing license checks, redistributing files, or attempting to abuse the service may result in account termination.

Service Changes

EXODUSAI may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, downloads, portal access, updates, or license services as needed for security, maintenance, or business operations.

No Guarantee

Software performance can depend on your PC, Windows configuration, drivers, capture hardware, network conditions, and other third-party factors. EXODUSAI is provided as-is without a guarantee that it will meet every user setup or expectation.
